Fragment

Ohh how I've missed you
sweet love

How my hands remember yours
and the serenity we held...

How wonderfully silent
our embrace was

Or how you smelled of
fresh baked bread

Like a home long ago missed
your smile still fills me with warmth

My only remiss, my love
Is that I can not tell you in person

How your eyes twinkle in the night
With your Bodhisattva gaze

Our how your breath is held aloft
In the melody of the wind

Tell me cherished one,
Does your heart remember?

Our ancient Love?
Immortal? Omnipresent?

Neither distance nor time
can patina my memory...
